Deliveries

Delivery for all order over £50.00 is Free of Charge to all UK Mainland addresses - if you are in areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur a minimal postal charge for which you will be notified.  All orders under £50.00 will be £3.95 and again this is for the UK Mainland, there will be an additional charge for Higland and Island areas.
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Interlink Express  In most cases goods are dispatched the same day or next day.

Exceptions
Please note that certain areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur additional costs.  Should this be the case we will contact you before dispatching your order.  If you have any further questions then please call us on 01392 466050 to confirm your requirements.

European and International Orders
We do offer delivery abroad. If you have a specific requirement please contact us in advance and we will endeavour to advise you of the postage costs

Please let us know if you want to buy optional insurance – e-mail for a quote.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us, we will do what we can to resolve the problem. We respectfully request that any queries are made within 7 days of receipt, after which we cannot guarantee a refund.

In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in re-sellable condition in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address

If an item is returned to us - due to the buyer not being present at the time of attempted delivery, the buyer will then again have to pay for the item to be shipped back. We will not be responsible to cover this cost. Re-shipment charges will be that of the original postage and package charge.

COLLECTION in person
We are happy for buyers to collect items in person if they wish - Please note payment for the item must be made in CASH on collection or cheque/PO/Bank Transfer sent prior to collection.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT Paypal payments for items collected in person.

Privacy Policy

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
