Simply place the uninflated balloon over the lip of the round cylinder and inflate the balloon by blowing air into the wooden pipe located at the back of the boat

Once the balloon is fully inflated - cover the tail pipe with your fingers to stop the air from escaping the balloon

Place the balloon on the water and watch it go!!
