Targets and rewards for up to 4 children

With each child, place or write activities on the rows and write the target number if stars to achieve next to their name - Don't forget to agree and write in the reward for reaching the target!!!

Each time or each day, the child follows an activity they can earn their colour star and place it on the chart

Depending on your child, targets can be daily or weekly and you may need to repeat activities to encourage the child to adopt the desired behaviour

Star charts when used properly are an effective, tangible tool which parents can use to help their children develop into happy, healthy well rounded individuals

Praising good behaviour, effort or achievements is really motivating and children will enjoy the attention and get into the habit of 'being good'

It is also helpful if a chart can be used for more than one child at a time so that siblings can benefit from the positive reinforcement that the chart offers
